Russia is importing new military equipment and invaders to participate in the war against Ukraine through Melitopol and Mariupol.
“While the Ukrainian Defense Forces are destroying the enemy on the Zaporozhye front, the invaders are importing new equipment and so far manpower through Melitopol and Mariupol,” Fyodorov wrote.
He noted that residents of Melitopol noticed an SUV with the inscription “Storm” in the city. The mayor added that this is a new division of the Russian Defense Ministry instead of Wagner PMC.
In addition, the number of military from Dagestan and North Ossetia has increased in Melitopol.
Fedorov also said that the invaders were transporting heavy equipment through Mariupol to the Zaporozhye direction.
Meanwhile, combat helicopters of the invaders fly low over the beaches of Kirillovka and Berdyansk.
“Rashists want to throw their cannon fodder at the front, but we believe that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will have enough packages to send this low-quality product back to Russia,” the Mayor of Melitopol added.
Situation at the forefront
It should be noted that recently Fedorov reported that the occupiers were transferring new units of soldiers to Melitopol and Genichesk . The movement of Russian equipment towards the Zaporozhye region through the Arabat Spit was also recorded.
Meanwhile, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct offensive operations in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions. The Ministry of Defense reported that our defenders liberated about 28 sq. miles in the past week .
